[8/25/2006] dbRIP was updated with the addition of newly available genotyping data and new publications. As of August 2006, dbRIP data is available from the UCSC Genome Browser as a track named "RIP" within the "Variation and Repeats" group.. It is currently only available for hg17, and we are working on making it also available for hg18.

[12/1/2005] Release 2 of Database of Retrotransposon Insertion Polymorphisms in Humans (dbRIP) compiling a total of over 2100 polymorphic Alu, L1, and SVA insertion loci is available. [11/5/2005] aCGHViewer©, a standalone Java application for viewing array CGH data, is available at here. The lastest version is V2.16 (released on 2/7/2008). aCGHViewer is published in Cancer Informatics (2:36-42, 2006).
